全陪导游带团中多种关系处理技巧

             

摘要

全陪导游是旅游团队中的核心,是联系游客与地接导游的纽带,但又往往是矛盾产生和解决的关键人物。在团队出发前,全陪导游要与团队的销售人员和计调人员沟通,做足准备工作;在行程中,不仅要处理好与地接导游的关系,还要处理好与司机、领队甚至每位游客的关系。一旦处理失误,则矛盾容易升级,后果难以控制。所以,全陪导游须掌握如何与相关人员处理关系的技巧。%The tour guide is a traveling team in the core, is linked to tourists and local guide link, but is often con- tradictory generation and key figures. In the team before starting the tour guide, with team sales and transfer of staff communication, be prepared; during the journey, not only to deal with the relationship between the local guide, but also deal with the driver, the leader even each visitor's relationship. Once the processing errors, is contradictory and easy to upgrade, the consequences can be controlled. Therefore, the tour guide needs to learn how to deal with relevant personnel relationship skills.
