国有建筑企业股权激励效果真的不如民营企业吗--基于中国海诚VS中南建设比较分析

         

摘要

人们普遍认为,民营企业的股权激励效果要好于国有企业,且与国有企业相比,似乎民营企业更有实施股权激励的必要。通过央企中国海诚和大型民企中南建设两个建筑企业股权激励效果的比较,实证结论如下:国有企业在不断完善公司监督与治理机制的基础上,通过设计合理的股权激励方案,能够实现预期的甚至比民营企业更好激励效果,并进一步分析了两公司股权激励效果的影响因素,同时对国有建筑企业在股权激励方面提出的几点建议。%It is generally believed that the private enterpriseˊs equity incentive effect is better than the state-owned enterprises,and compared with the state-owned enterprises,private firms seem to have more necessary to the im-plementation of equity incentive. By the state President of tZhong Guo Hai Cheng nd large corporation zhong nan Jian She construction of equity incentive effect,it is concluded that:in the state-owned enterprise supervision and management mechanism on the basis of perfecting company,through reasonable design of equity incentive plan,to achieve the desired even better than private enterprise incentive effect,and further analyzed the influence factors of the company equity incentive effect. At the end of the paper are some suggestions in terms of equity incen-tive about the state-owned construction enterprise.
