从认知和文化视角论饮食隐喻--以“炒作”为例

         

摘要

隐喻是认知语言学领域研究的热点问题。人类的认知方式与所处的社会文化语境共同作用于词汇语义的生成与发展。汉语中大量语词都和饮食密切相关,究其根源,中国人素有饮食思维,与“泛食主义”文化共同构成饮食隐喻普遍存在的动因。以“炒作”为例,分析了该类烹饪基体的“速度”、“方式”和“结果”实现了向生活事件的投射过程和方式,所选取的典型语料表明,娱乐圈和经济领域内的“炒作”表达是其隐喻意义跨体使用的结果。%Metaphor has long been a heated topic in the field of cognitive linguistics.The origin and development of metaphoric meanings take their root in the cognitive patterns and socio -cultural environment of human beings.It is a fact that there is a considerable number of in Chinese For long the Chinese people have developed their dietetic thinking patterns, which, with the pan-food doctrine, jointly constitute the reasons accounting for the abundance of dietetic metaphors.Chaozuo is taken as an example and analysis is made to the mapping of this cooking method's speed, manner and result to the real life.Lastly, the typical corpora cited prove the use of Chaozuo in entertain-ment and economy fields are stylistically cross -use in its nature.
