西部非再生资源开发中的价值净损失与可持续发展

摘要

The loss of value in exploiting non-renewable energy resources in the western area of China is a big socio-economic problem not only to the area but also to the whole country.Compensation for the value lost in the exploitation of non-renewable energy resources is very important to the sustainable economic growth.Lack of compensation for the value lost in the exploitation of resources in the western area has triggered a series of problems of sustainability in respect of economic,social and environmental development.%西部非再生资源开发中的价值损失问题是对西部乃至全国都非常重要的经济与社会问题。非再生资源开发中的价值损失及补偿对经济社会的可持续发展有重要的作用。在西部地区资源开发的过程中,由于缺乏对非再生资源开发中的价值损失的补偿,从而引发了价值净损失及一系列经济、社会及环境可持续发展问题。
