含Nb微合金钢中固溶Nb与非固溶Nb的定量测定与应用

摘要

提出了一种Nb微合金钢中固溶Nb和非固溶Nb定量测定的方法.该方法包括化学溶解、过滤分离和电感耦合等离子光谱分析等步骤.结果表明:利用该方法可以准确地分析钢中固溶Nb的含量.该方法可以用于研究Nb在加热过程的溶解行为、热变形过程中析出行为,为定量研究Nb在钢中的作用提供一个有效的途径.%A quantitative analysis method is developed to study the content of soluble Nb and undissolved Nb in Nb-bearing steels. The test procedure involves chemical dissolution, filtration and Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectroscopic (ICP-AES) analysis. The data by the method prove to match well with the original content, suggesting a potential application in the Nb dissolution and precipitation behaviors during steel reheating and hot deformation processes.
