金属基滑动轴承材料研究进展

摘要

The sliding bearing has the characteristics of strong bearing capacity and stable running the selection of the alloy material of the sliding bearing is directly related to the quality of the sliding bearing. The classification characteristics and application fields of metal⁃based sliding bearing materials are described in this paper.The preparation methods and the friction and wear mechanism of the main metal⁃based sliding bearing are introduced.Based on these the future development trend of each kind of sliding bearing materials is analyzed.%滑动轴承具有承载能力强、运转平稳的特点，滑动轴承选用的合金材料直接关系到滑动轴承的质量优劣。本文阐述了金属基滑动轴承材料的分类、性能特点及应用领域，并介绍了主要金属基滑动轴承制备方法及其摩擦磨损机理研究成果，在此基础上分析了每种滑动轴承材料未来发展方向。
