稀土离子的上转换发光是指将两个或多个低能量光子转换成一个高能量光子的非线性光学现象,从而将光谱低能区的红外光转化为可被利用的光谱高能区的光.本文研究具有上转换特性的NaYF4:Yb,Tm材料,采用水热法制备不同浓度配比Yb,Tm共掺的粉体,通过XRD、SEM测试分析,产物均为纯β-NaYF4相,且晶粒形貌完整、尺寸均匀、分散性良好.在1550 nm激发光源的激发下,所研究样品可以检测到多个上转换发光峰,并且当Tm3+离子引入浓度为3%时,样品的各个发光峰强度达到最大.本项工作对进一步研究和提升NaYF4:Yb,Tm粉体性能具有指导意义.%The up-conversion of rare earth ions refers to the non-linear optical phenomena that convert two or more low-energy photons into a high-energy photon, thereby converting the infrared light in the low energy region of the solar spectrum into light that can be used in the spectral high energy region. This paper explores NaYF4: Yb, Tm materials with upconversion properties. The powders with different concentrations of Yb and Tm were prepared by hydrothermal method, and the samples were all pureβ-NaYF4 phase with complete morphology, uniform size and good dispersion. Under the excitation of 1550 nm, the samples can be detected multiple upconversion emission peaks, and when the concentration of Tm3+ ions is 3%, the intensity of each emission peak of the samples is maximized.This work is of great significance for enhancing progressively the performance of NaYF4:Yb, Tm powders.
