“前店后院”工学结合教学模式的实践与探索

             

摘要

以扬州职业大学旅游管理专业开展的“前店后院”工学结合教学模式为例,分析了其必要性及可行性,为“工学交替”教学模式的全面实施提供了教学平台,为“双师型”师资队伍培养创造比较理想的条件,有助于第二课堂活动的开展和学生综合素质的提高。采用“前店后院”工学结合教学模式,形成了“社会化,双师型”的师资特色,发挥了校内外实践教学基地的作用,更好地推进实践教学管理与理论教学管理的有机结合,为人才培养目标的实现提供切实保障。%Taking as an example the teaching mode adopted by Tourism and Management Major in Yangzhou Poly- technic College, this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of "Front Shop, Back Yard" teaching mode -com- bining work and study, which provides a teaching platform for the overall implementation of "rotation of work and study" teaching mode, creates ideal conditions for cultivation of "double-role teacher type" faculty team, and is helpful for the second classroom activities and students' all-round development. This kind of teaching mode forms "socialization, double-role teacher type" teaching facuhy characteristics, exerts the functions of practical teaching bases from inside and outside college and better promotes the combination of practice teaching management and theory teaching management to provide practical guarantee for the realization of talents cultivation goal.
