数控设备操作与维修专业人才培养方案探讨

             

摘要

Through the investigation into industries and enterprises,it is concluded that CNC maintenance personnel are the talents enterprises most need at present.Based on the research result,this paper aims at cultivating knowledge-oriented specialized talents with certain work experience and high skills and works out the personnel training program of CNC Equipment Operation and Maintenance.As for the course construction,it aims to foster ladder-type course system to meet high quality and high skill requirements.And when it comes to the reform of teaching mode,"integration of work with learning" teaching mode should be consolidated.Meanwhile,ETO personnel-training mode and "joint class" talent-dispatching mode should be explored.%通过对行业企业进行调研,得出数控维护与维修人员是目前企业急需的人才。结合调研结果,以培养具备一定工作经历的知识型高技能专门人才为目标,制定数控设备操作与维修专业人才的培养方案。课程建设上,构建旨在培养"能操作、会编程、知工艺、精维修、懂管理"满足高素质、高技能需求的阶梯型能力的课程体系。教学模式改革上,巩固"工学结合"教学模式;探讨"订单式"的人才培养模式和组建"联合班"的人才配套输送模式。
