According to the requirement of mountain flood prevention project,we conducted research on flood im-pact and inundation of urban area.Baokang county in Hubei Province was selected as a typical mountainous county for case study.Through field investigation and data collection,we designed flood calculation schemes,and built hy-drodynamics model,flood routing model and flood inundation model. The calculation results reveal that the method has good theoretical basis,fast calculation speed and accurate calculation results. Moreover,two-dimensional model nesting and rational and reliable flood impact analysis are carried out in this paper.The research results can provide valuable reference for flood control decision-making departments.%根据山洪灾害防治项目要求,重点开展了城镇区域的洪水影响及淹没分析研究,选择湖北省保康县作为典型山区城镇开展实例研究.通过对保康县的实地查勘,资料收集,设计洪水计算方案,建立水动力学模型、洪水演进分析模型、洪水淹没分析模型;并以100 a一遇设计洪水为例,对城区受淹地区及其淹没水深、淹没面积等进行了分析.结果表明,该方法具备良好的理论基础,有效实现一维、二维模型嵌套,计算速度快,能够取得精准、合理可靠的洪水影响分析成果和洪水淹没成果,可为防汛决策部门提供参考.
