高职院校图书馆人才队伍建设刍议

摘要

The development of library of higher vocational college in the new era has experienced talent crisis. This paper attempts to analyze the deficiencies and development law of the library management of higher vocational college, to explore effective methods to promote the development of the library, to establish a team of talents, as well as to provide quality service for teaching activities, by studying the librarian＇s occupation moral values and library working system, personnel structure, and incentive mechanism, etc.%高职院校图书馆在新时期建设中遭遇了人才瓶颈危机。本文试图分析高职院校图书馆在人才管理方面存在的缺陷，把握发展的规律，从馆员的职业道德观及图书馆工作制度、人员结构、激励机制等方面出发，探索出切实有效的解决方法，推动图书馆自身发展，建立高水平人才队伍，为教育教学活动的开展提供优质的服务。
