基于新的汽车市场形势下对营销和销售人员职业能力的新要求,文章针对目前高职《汽车营销》课程内容与学生职业能力要求不相符合的现象展开分析,并给出了改革的思路和建议,旨在推动课程内涵建设的发展。%Based on new auto market situation and new vocational requirements for the marketing and sales staff ,in this paper , the phenomenon that Higher Vocational College "Auto Marketing"course content couldn't conform with students'professional competence requirements was analyzed and some ideas and suggestions for reform were given ,in order to promote the develop-ment of the connotation construction of this program .
