农业职业院校产教融合校企合作现状调研分析与对策研究

摘要

The integration of production and teaching is the core of vocational education and developmental requirements for tal‐ent cultivation .Through interview and questionnaire ,the survey of basic situations of integration of production and teaching , school-enterprises co -operation of 6 agricultural vocational colleges and 8 secondary vocational schools was conducted .The methods ,experiences and existing problems are analyzed ,which can promote the ability of agricultural vocational college ser‐ving agriculture and its regional economic development .%产教融合是跨界发展的基本要求，也是职业教育实现全面育人功能的核心。通过专题走访、问卷调查等形式对陕西省6所农业高职院校及8所中职农业院校的产教融合、校企合作实施基本情况进行了专题调研，分析了农业职业院校产教融合的基本做法、成功经验及存在问题，提出了有利于提升农业职业院校服务“三农”和区域经济发展能力的对策建议。
