成人教育专业设置与产业转型升级的适应性研究--以苏州为例

摘要

Although the speciality setup of adult education in universities of Suzhou has initially reflected the characteristics of lo‐cal economic development ,there are still existing issues like speciality setup tends to be the same .Through analyzing the de‐mand of talent from speciality setup and industrial transformation and upgrading of adult education in Suzhou universities ,if a‐dult education wants to be compatible with local industrial transformation and upgrading ,universities should set up talent‐shortage majors of key industry ,establish forecasting system for speciality setup ,optimize speciality structure ,and establish quality appraisal and monitoring mechanism for adult education.%苏州高校成人教育专业设置已初步体现地方经济发展的特点，但也存在专业设置趋同等问题。通过对苏州高校成人教育专业设置和苏州产业转型升级对人才需求的分析，苏州高校成人教育要与地方产业转型升级相适应，须设置重点新兴产业紧缺人才专业，建立专业设置预测系统，优化专业结构，建立成人教育质量评价和监督机制。
