我国宪法监督制度的反思与完善

摘要

宪法作为我国的根本大法，保障其能充分实施的一个重要因素就是健全宪法监督制度。我国现行宪法以及相关的法律已经对宪法监督作了一些规定，然而随着法治的发展，现行宪法监督制度的一些弊端日益凸显。为了更好地维护宪法权威，推动民主法治建设，应从机构设立、明确范围、完善程序、严格责任四个方面完善宪法监督制度。%Constitution is the basic law in our country ,to perfect the supervision system can ensure the implementation of the Constitution .Our constitution and relative law has made some regulations on supervision ,with the development of law enforce‐ment ,some drawbacks emerged .In order to guarantee the authority of the Constitution ,and promote the construction of de‐mocracy and rule of law ,we should perfect the supervision system of the Constitution from four aspects ,i .e .institutions es‐tablishment ,specification of scope ,perfection of procedure ,and being strict in responsibility .
