社会转型期生源变化倒逼高职思政教学创新的途径探析

     

摘要

为破解招生难题,有效应对社会转型期高等教育大众化的必然趋势,国内高职院校纷纷调整招生策略,使得生源结构出现“鱼龙混杂”的局面,这给高职思政教学工作带来了严峻的挑战和机遇。本文基于高职生源结构变化、面临多重生存压力及社会转型带来的影响入手,深入分析高职思政教学必须改革创新的必要性,并根据高职学生的特性探究创新途径,以期加强生源变化新形势下高职思政教学的实效性。%In order to resolve the recruitment problem and effectively deal with the inevitable trend of popularization of higher ed‐ucation in social transition period ,vocational colleges are adjusting admissions policy ,resulting in chaotic situation of students'structure ,which brings serious challenge in ideological and political teaching work .Based on vocational students structural changes ,survival pressure ,and impact of social transition ,this paper analyzes the necessity of reform and innovation on ideo‐logical and political theory teaching in vocational colleges , explores new approach based on characteristics of vocational students ,to strengthen the effectiveness of ideological and political theory teaching .
