顶层设计在中职示范学校建设中的探索与实践--以陕西建筑安装高级技工学校为例

摘要

In order to ensure high quality and finish construction tasks in time ,project schools must pay attention to the top‐level design in the national project of constructing model secondary vocational schools .This paper discusses the objectives of the top‐level design from the role of top‐level design taking Shaanxi Construction and Installation Senior Vocational School as a case . This paper also explores the working process and guaranteed conditions of the model school construction under the top‐level de‐sign ,and effective ways of secondary vocational schools do well in large construction projects ,achieving good results in prac‐tice .%针对国家开展的中等职业学校示范学校建设项目要求，项目学校必须注重做好顶层设计，才能保质、保量、按时完成建设任务。本文以陕西建筑安装高级技工学校国家示范学校建设为案例，从实施顶层设计的作用出发研究制定顶层设计目标，重点就示范学校建设顶层设计的工作过程、保障条件，以及中职学校做好大型建设项目的有效途径等方面做了探索，取得了良好的成效。
