吉林省农村劳动力转移影响因素分析

摘要

Transfer of labor forces in rural areas have been widely discussing at present.As Jilin is an important agricultural province,its ratio of agricultural population is comparatively higher.Though the above-mentioned transfer has achieved a lot,it is still one of the main restrictions to the economic development of Jilin.A regression analysis shows that level of education is decisive to the transfer.Thus it is necessary to make efforts to improve the quality of labor force and strengthen the compulsory education.Besides,governments should not only support the agriculture more by forwarding the mechanization of farming and the popularization of well-bred grain,but also liberate the minds and focus on the actual difficulties of labor force transfer on the premise of cultivating a healthy labor market.%农村劳动力转移问题是一个恒新的问题,吉林省是农业大省,农业人口比例较高,虽然吉林省的农村劳动力转移问题已经取得了很大的成绩,但其仍是制约吉林省社会经济发展的主要因素之一。通过回归分析可知,农村劳动力受教育程度对农村劳动力的转移有重要的影响,因此必须在提高劳动力素质方面下大工夫,要坚持抓好基础义务教育工作,政府也要加大对农业的扶持力度,提高农机化率和良种普及率,同时应转变思路,在努力培育劳务市场的前提下,将工作重心放在解决转移劳动力的后顾之忧问题上。
