氧化乐果胁迫对泥鳅的急性毒性作用研究

摘要

In order to study the acute toxicity of omethoate on aquatic animal,in this paper,using 96 hours hydro-static method,the acute toxicity effects of loaches were detected exposing to omethoate in five different concentra-tions (24.67,30.41,37.50,46.24,57.02 mg/L)for 7,14,21 and 28 h.With the increasing concentration and ex-posure time of omethoate,there toxicity effects to M.anguillicadatus increased,the LC50 of omethoate for 24,48,72 and 96 hours were 76.91,51.17,46.03,35.89 mg/L,respectively,and the SC was 6.8 mg/L,so it is a highly tox-ic level of water pollutants.%为了研究氧化乐果对水生动物的毒性作用，采用96 h 静水试验法检测泥鳅在不同浓度（24.67、30.41、37.50、46.24、57.02 mg／L）氧化乐果中暴露24、48、72、96 h时的急性毒性作用，结果表明：氧化乐果对泥鳅的毒性作用是随暴露时间的延长和浓度的增大而增强，对泥鳅24、48、72、96 h半致死浓度（LC50）分别为76.91、51.17、46.03、35.89 mg／L，安全浓度（SC）为6.8 mg／L，属于高毒等级的水体污染物。
