新形势下高校党团档案管理的重要性分析

摘要

College Party file management, as an essential part of college Party construction, is playing an increasingly important role in the personal and higher education development as well as the national Party construction work. Colleges and universities in our country and the academic circles must further strengthen the attention and research of university Party archives management. This paper expounds the connotation of college Party file management, and summarizes the predecessors’ research results, based on these, analyzes the necessity and importance of archives management in colleges and universities from four major aspects. In addition, in the end, this article also briefly puts forward the future corresponding countermeasures of college Party file management , in an effort to provide a useful reference for Party file management in colleges and universities.%新形势下，高校党团档案管理工作作为高校党团建设不可或缺的重要组成部分，在个人和高等教育发展及国家党政建设工作中均发挥着越来越重要的作用。我国高校及学术界必须进一步加强对高校党团档案管理工作的重视和研究。本文阐述了高校党团档案管理工作的内涵，并在总结前人研究成果和实地调研的基础上，从四个大方面入手，对高校党团档案管理工作的必要性和重要性进行了系统性分析。另外，本文还在文章结尾处，简要提出了未来进一步做好高校党团档案管理工作的相关对策观点，以图为各高校加强党团档案管理工作提供有用参考。
