腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆囊结石合并肝硬化的临床分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the curative effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy ( LC) in the treatment of gallstones combined with liver cirrhosis so as to provide reference for clinical treatment options.Methods A total of 82 cases of gallstones combined with liver cirrhosis received laparoscopic cholecystectomy.The management during the perio-perative period and the effect were summarized.Results All the 82 patients were cured.The operation time was (55.3 ±17.6) min.Laparoscopic subtotal cholecystectomy (LSC) was performed in 18 cases.Only 5 cases were transferred to laparotomy.No postoperative complications such as abdominal cavity bleeding and abdominal cavity infection were ob-served.Length of hospital stay was (7.5 ±3.2) days.Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is safe and reliable for the treatment of gallstones combined with liver cirrhosis.It is important to improve liver function before surgery, per-form careful dysjunction during surgery, and take preventive measures after surgery.%目的 总结分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆囊结石合并肝硬化的临床疗效,为临床治疗方案选择提供参考. 方法 选择82例胆囊结石合并肝硬化的患者,均采用腹腔镜下胆囊切除术治疗,对围手术期和手术的处理方法、效果等进行总结分析. 结果 82例患者全部治愈,手术时间(55.3 ±17.6) min. 18例行胆囊次全切除,5例中转开腹手术. 无术后腹腔出血及腹腔感染等并发症,住院时间(7.5 ±3.2)天. 结论 术前积极改善肝功能,术中仔细分离操作,术后采取积极预防措施,采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆囊结石合并肝硬化是安全可靠的.
