高校文科学报向何处去——新形势下高校文科学报生存与发展问题的再思考

摘要

The cultural industry reform that faces university social sciences journals is deepening,which is both encouraging and compelling.As for the facts of the overall poor quality,weak academic competitiveness and influence,extremely bad economic gains of university social sciences journals.This paper discusses how to define the nature of the journal,how to view the naming of the journal,how to view and respond to the institutional transformation of the journal,how to reform the management and operating mechanism,how to evaluate the quality of the journal,and how to solve the problems of survival and development of the university social sciences journals.The author proposes the change of the naming method by ＂school name＂ plus the word ＂journal＂,Efforts should be mate to reform the old management system and operational mechanism.Different evaluation criteria should be adopted in assessing different types and levels of university journals.%当前高校文科学报所面临的文化产业改革正在进一步深化,形势喜人又逼人。针对高校文科学报几乎普遍存在的总体质量不高、学术竞争力不强、学术影响力不大、经济效益特差的现象,文章从如何界定高校文科学报的性质问题、如何看待高校文科学报的命名问题、如何看待和对待高校文科学报的转制和属性问题、如何改革高校文科学报的管理体制和运行机制问题、如何评价高校文科学报的质量问题,进行了较为深入的探讨,提出了诸如改变传统的＂校名＂加＂学报＂的高校学报命名方式、切实转变高校学报的管理体制和运行机制、针对不同类型和层次的高校学报采用不同的评价标准等观点。
