SWCr8热轧板表面裂纹原因分析

         

摘要

The surface cracks of SWCr8 plate were found during the hot‐rolling process .The typical de‐fect plate sample was selected to study by means of microscopy ,scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis .The results showed that the surface crack of SWCr8 hot‐rolling plate was caused by the surface or sub‐surface cracks of the continuous casting slab ,slag entrapment defects and the stress cracks induced by low hot charging temperature .%针对SWCr8冷作模具钢在热轧过程中出现表面裂纹的问题,选取典型缺陷试板,采用金相、扫描电镜及能谱等分析手段对表面裂纹进行解剖分析。结果表明,SWCr8热轧板表面裂纹出现的原因是连铸坯本身存在裂纹、卷渣缺陷以及热送温度过低所导致的坯料应力开裂。
