宋太宗朝开封气象编年（二）

摘要

在宋太宗一朝的22年间,开封发生干旱21季,雨涝10季,暖冬4次,高温4季,冷冬3次。基本特征是干燥温暖。开封气象事件对宋代社会政治经济均产生了一定的影响。%During the twenty-two years of Song Taizong, there were 21droughts, 10 floods, 4 warm winters, 4 extremely hot summers and 3 extremely cold winters. The main feature of the weather was dry and warm. These meteorological events caused certain influence on the politics and economy of the Song Dynasty.
