The information system of land use planning and management is developed based on component development technology, which serves land use planning and management, manages planning data and assists planning compilation. The test shows this system has a good graphic interface with complete function, and it is convenient, practical and universal.%结合最新组件开发技术,设计开发了以土地利用规划管理业务为主线,全面管理规划数据为基础,同时提供辅助规划编制功能的土地利用规划管理信息系统.经测试,系统图形界面表现良好,功能完备、使用方便,有很强的实用性和通用性.
