半桥倍流同步整流变换器中的均流分析

摘要

The state equation of switch state is established based on the analysis of parasitic parameters and the switch on-state resistance and as well as the working principles of half-bridge current-double synchronous rec- tifier. Based on the state equation, this paper discusses the current sharing of double-output filter inductor steady current of current-double rectifier and tests the reasonability of the analysis by PSPICE simulation.%在充分考虑电路寄生参数和开关管导通电阻的基础上,对半桥倍流同步整流电路的工作原理进行分析,建立了电路各开关状态的状态方程.以电路的状态方程为基础,讨论了倍流整流中两输出滤波电感稳态电流的均流问题,并通过PSPICE仿真验证了分析的合理性.
