新疆多民族地区开展实习支教工作的特点、问题及对策——以新疆师范大学南疆地区实习支教为例

摘要

在新疆多民族地区开展实习支教工作有特殊的意义,新疆独特的语言、文化、政治、经济、教育、自然条件决定了在新疆多民族地区开展实习支教工作与疆外地区有不同之处,文章就新疆多民族地区开展实习支教工作的特点、存在的问题进行了梳理,并对新疆师范大学在实习支教工作中采取的一些对策措施进行了归纳总结。%It＇s is very significant to carry out teaching practice in multi-ethnic region such as Xinjiang.Its unique language,culture,politics,economy,education and natural conditions make teaching practice much more different than other provinces.In this paper,we dissussed the characteristics and problems in Xinjiang and summarized the countermeasures Xinjiang Normal University has taken.All these results will provide a reference for other multi-ethnic region.
