基于Pro/E和ANSYS的齿轮仿真分析研究

         

摘要

Pro/E has powerful solid and surface modeling function ; ANSYS has perfect finite - element analysis function. Combining the advantages of Pro/E and ANSYS, the author firstly gives the process of gear simulation analysis based on Pro/E and ANSYS. Then a simulation analysis for a pair of spur gears is done according to the process. The result of analysis shows that contact stress and root stress were in consonance with the outcome which was calculated by hertz equation, enhancing the efficiency and quality of gear para- metric design and optimization design and reducing the design cost.%Pro/E拥有强大的实体和曲面造型功能,ANSYS具有完善的有限元分析功能。结合两软件的优点,首先给出基于Pro/E和ANSYS的齿轮仿真分析流程,然后按照流程对一对圆柱齿轮进行了仿真分析。分析结果显示,齿轮接触应力和齿根弯曲应力与用赫兹公式计算的结果相一致,提高了齿轮参数化设计与优化设计的效率和质量,降低了设计研制成本。
