把握高校意识形态工作领导权和主导权的若干思考

摘要

高校是意识形态建设的重要阵地。从现实情况来看，高校意识形态工作面临国际和国内的双重影响，对其牢固把握领导权和主导权带来极大挑战。要做到牢牢把握高校意识形态工作的领导权和主导权，就必须从现实和理论两个层面入手。现实层面要关注民生，即关注师生本身；要不断加强干部队伍培养工作；理论层面要从加强马克思主义主流意识形态的宣传入手，推进高校马克思主义大众化。%The high education institution is very important in the construction of ideology. In fact,the ideology in universities is affected by both the international and domestic ideology,which brings great challenges in its Leadership and dominance. We must start the work from both the reality and theory to hold the Leadership and initiative in the universities. We should pay attention to the teachers and students,strengthen the work of the training of cadres,publicize the Marxist mainstream ideology to promote the popularization of Marx-ism in colleges and universities.
