深化合作，探索“校校企”联合培养人才之路--以泉州师范学院牵头联办服装学院为例

Establishing the school—school—enterprise joint talents training mechanism is one the approaches of training application—o—riented talents as well as an important measures of adapting to the modern social and marKet needs and strengthening the inter—school collaborative innovation. TaKing jointly running clothes college led by Quanzhou Normal College,this paper analyses the bacKground, significance and running model of the school—school—enterprise joint talents training to provide reference for the local colleges in the innovative practice of talents training model.%构建“校校企”联合培养人才机制，是高校培养应用型人才的途径之一，也是高等教育适应现代社会和市场需求，加强高校间协同创新的重要举措。以泉州师范学院牵头联办服装学院的实践为例，分析了“校校企”合作联合培养人才的背景、意义和运行模式，为地方院校在人才培养模式的创新实践上提供有益的借鉴。
