“新四化”背景下河南新型城镇化发展研究

摘要

Henan province should rely on the national strategy of "one belt, one road"and the"two horizontal and three longitudinal"strategic pattern and adhere to the principle of "introducing from east and west , seizing the chance to improve , adjusting measures to local conditions , and showing characteristics ".Thus, we can develop comparative advantages , innovate development ideas and recon-struct development strategies to make a strong city , a rich county and a better town and advance healthy and sustainable development of new-type urbanization in Henan .%河南应依托国家“一带一路”发展战略和“两横三纵”城镇化战略格局，坚持“东引西进、借势升级、因地制宜、凸特突亮”的原则，发挥比较优势，创新发展理念，重构发展战略，强市、富县、优镇，推进河南新型城镇化可持续发展。
