以市场需求为导向的高职园艺技术专业人才培养模式探究

摘要

针对当前社会对园艺技术人才的需求，通过方向调整、优化课程设置、构建教学体系、创新教师队伍、转变教学评价方式等措施，构建以市场需求为导向的人才培养模式，着力提升学生的实践能力、创新能力和综合能力。%According to the needs of the current society of horticultural technique talents, through the adjustment direction, optimizing the curriculum, construction of teaching system, innovation of teachers, changing the way of teaching evaluation, this paper was aimed to build the talent training mode based on market demand, to enhance the students'practical ability, innovation ability and comprehen-sive ability.
