基于MC9S12XS128MAA单片机的智能小车设计

     

摘要

以 MC9S12XS128MAA 单片机为核心,设计了智能小车和交通指挥中心系统。智能小车可实现循迹、红绿灯检测、避障、声控及测速功能,并可将速度信息传送给交通指挥中心。主控制器选用MC9S12XS128MAA,车身主体选用三轮车,由两个减速电机分别驱动两个车轮,实现小车速度和转向控制。由红外对管检测黑线而循迹;声音检测模块实现拍声音检测;由避障模块实现两辆智能小车防撞设计;用颜色传感器识别红绿灯;用霍尔传感器检测车轮转数。无线发送模块主要实现小车车轮转数信息的传输。交通指挥中心以STC12C5A60S2为控制核心,配以无线接收模块及12864液晶屏,模拟显示两辆小车或单辆小车的位置。%Intelligent car and traffic command center is introduced based on MC9S12XS128MAA single chip microcontroller. The intelligent car has the function of tracking, traffic detection, obstacle avoidance, sound control and velocity measurement and can send the information of velocity to traffic command center. The MCU is MC9S12XS128MAA.The body of the car is tricycle. The velocity and direction is controlled by two gear motors which drive the two wheels. The tracking function is achieved by infrared tube detecting the black line. The pat sound detection is realized by voice module. Anti-collision is designed based on obstacle avoidance module. The traffic light is distinguished by color sensor. Wheel revolution is detected by hall sensor that is sent by wireless sending module. The control core of traffic command center is STC12C5A60S2. With wireless receiving module, the location information of the two cars is displayed by LCD 12864.
