自行车交通事故125例损伤特点分析

摘要

目的 探讨自行车交通事故中当事人的受伤特点.方法 回顾性分析125例自行车交通死亡事故中在各种碰撞方式下人体受伤情况.结果 自行车撞击行人4例,导致四肢骨折2例,颅脑损伤1例,脏器破裂3例,其中1例因颅脑损伤死亡,3例因脏器破裂致失血性休克死亡.骑行自行车时侧面被机动车碰撞81例,导致四肢长骨骨折62例,颅脑损伤74例,脏器破裂7例,其中74例因颅脑损伤死亡,7例因脏器破裂致失血性休克死亡.骑行自行车时后方被机动车碰撞31例,导致四肢长骨骨折8例,颅脑损伤27例,脏器破裂6例,其中25例因颅脑损伤死亡,4例因脏器破裂致失血性休克死亡,2例颅脑损伤并失血性休克死亡.推行自行车被机动车碰撞7例,导致四肢长骨骨折6例,颅脑损伤6例,脏器破裂4例,其中4例颅脑损伤死亡,2例因脏器破裂致失血性休克死亡,2例颅脑损伤并失血性休克死亡.自行车碰撞2例,导致四肢长骨肢体骨折1例,颅脑损伤2例,均因颅脑损伤死亡.结论 自行车与机动车碰撞是自行车事故损伤中最常见、最严重的一种类型,常因颅脑损伤及脏器破裂导致的失血性休克而死亡.%Objective To discuss the damage characteristics of injured parties in bicycle traffic accidents. Methods rnOne hundred and twenty-five cases of human damnification during a variety of collision situations in bicycle traffic accidents rnwere analyzed retrospectively. Results There were 4 cases of bike crash pedestrian,it leads to extremities fractures in 2 carnses,craniocerebral injury in 1case,and viscera rupture in 3 cases, in which 1 case died of craniocerebral injury and 3 cases rndied of hemorrhagic shock induced by viscera rupture. There were 81 cases of bicycle crashed by motor vehicle in side,it leads rnto extremities fractures in 62 cases.craniocerebral injury in 74 cases , and viscera rupture in 7 cases,in ,vhich 74 cases died of rncraniocerebral injury and 7 cases died of hemorrhagic shock induced by viscera rupture. There were 31 cases of riding bicycle rncrashed by motor vehicle behind ,it leads to extremities fractures in 8 casea , craniocerebral injury in 27 cases , and viscera ruprnture in 6 cases , in which 25 cases died of craniocerebral injury,4 cases died of hemorrhagic shock induced by viscera rupture,rnand 2 cases died of craniocerebral injury combined with hemorrhagic shock. There were 7 cases of walking bicyde crashed by rnmotor vehicle,it leads to extremities fracture8 in 6 cases, craniocerebral injury in 6 cases, and viscera rupture in 4 cases, in rnwhich 4 cases died of craruocerebral injury.2 cases died of hemorrhagic shock induced by viscera rupture, and 2 cases died of rncraniocerebral irtjury combined with hemorrhagic shock.There were 2 cases of bicycle crashed into bicycle ,it leads to extremirnties fractures in 1 cases .craniocerebral injury in 2 cases .and all died of craniocerebral injury. Conclusion Bicycle and motor rnvehicle collision is the most common and most serious type of bicycle accident damage.which often dies of craniocerebral injury rnand hemonhagic shock induced hy viscera rupture.
