高校图书馆员的心理健康状况调查

摘要

目的 调查高校图书馆员的心理健康状况并分析探讨应对策略.方法 采用90项症状自评量表(SCL-90)对75名图书馆员进行测量并与国内常模比较,分析不同工龄、年龄和学历对高校图书馆员心理状况的影响.结果 高校图书馆员的SCL-90各因子分高于国内常模,其中躯体化、人际敏感、抑郁及焦虑等因子分差别有统计学意义(P<0.05).工作10 a以上馆员的躯体化、抑郁和焦虑等因子分明显高于10 a以下的馆员(P<0.05);40岁以上馆员的躯体化、人际敏感、抑郁和偏执等因子分明显高于40岁以下的馆员(P<0.05);高学历(硕士和博士)馆员的抑郁和敌对因子得分明显高于本科及本科以下馆员(P<0.05).结论 高校图书馆员心理健康状况存在一些问题,主要表现在负性情绪、躯体化症状及人际关系等方面,且与馆员工龄、年龄和学历有一定联系.高校管理者应予以高度重视,采取有效措施促进高校图书馆员的心理健康.%Objective To explore the psychological health status of college librarian and propose related coping straterngy. Methods Seventy-five college librarians were measured by symptom checklist-90( SCL-90) and compared with the nationrnal norm,the effects of different length of service, age and education on the psychological state of college librarians were anarnlyzed. Results The factor scores of SCL-90 in college librarians were higher than the national norm,in which there were starntistical significance in somatization , interpersonal sensitivity , depression and anxiety ( P ＜ 0. 05 ) . The factor scores of somatizarntion,depression and anxiety in the length of service over 10 yeara librarians were higher than those in length of service less 10rnyears ( P ＜ 0. 05 ) ; The factor acores of somatization , interpersonal sensitivity , depression and paranoia in aged above 40 librarirnans were higher than those in aged less 40 ( P ＜ 0. 05 ) ;The factor scores of depression and hostility in high educated ( master rnand doctor) librarians were higher than the following undergraduate and undergraduate ( P ＜ 0. 05 ) . Conclusion There are rnsome mental health problems for college librarians , mainly in the negative emotion , somatization symptoms and interpersonal rernlationship and so on, and they are related to the length of service, age and education. The college managers sbould attach great rnimportance and take effective measures to promote the psychological health status of college librarians.
