支气管镜活检组织基质金属蛋白酶-7mRNA检测在肺癌诊断中的价值

摘要

目的 探讨支气管镜活检组织基质金属蛋白酶-7(MMP-7)mRNA检测在肺癌诊断中的价值.方法 应用反转录聚合酶链反应技术对42例中心型肺癌、30例气道良性病变患者支气管镜活检组织进行MMP-7 mRNA表达检测,并与病理学检查结果进行比较.结果 支气管镜活检组织标本中肺癌、气道良性病变MMP-7 mRNA表达阳性率分别为54.8％(23/42)、6.7％(2/30),前者明显高于后者,差异有统计学意义(X2=17.860,P=0.000).肺癌患者组织病理学检查阳性率为66.7％(28/42),与支气管镜钳夹活检标本MMP-7 mRNA阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 支气管镜活检组织中MMP-7 mRNA表达可作为肺癌诊断的分子标志物.%Objective To explore the diagnostic value of matrix metalloproteinase-7 (MMP-7) mRNA in bronchoscopes forceps biopsy for lung cancer. Methods MMP-7 mRNA in forceps biopsy of 42 cases with lung cancer and 30 cases with airway or pulmonary benign diseases was detected by reverse tanscription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) ,and the results were compared with the pathological examinations. Results The positive rate of MMP-7 mRNA in forceps biopsy of lung cancer (23/42,54. 8 % ) was sharply higher than that of airway benign diseases (2/30,6.7 % ) (χ2= 17. 860, P = 0. 000 ). There was no difference between the positive rate of lung cancer in histopathology (28/42 ,66. 7% ) and MMP-7 mRNA (23/42, 54. 8% ) (P >0. 05). Conclusion MMP-7 mRNA in forceps biopsy may be used as the specific molecular marker for diagnosis of lung cancer.才
