汉简所见河西长城日常戍防管理制度探析

摘要

汉承秦制,为更好地发挥西北地区长城的防御功能,汉朝政府为其制定了一整套较为完备的人事管理和日常戍防管理制度.其中"行塞"和"秋射"两个制度是日常戍防管理制度中最为重要的组成部分.通过对现阶段出土汉简以及史料中关于"行塞"制度与"秋射"制度的相关内容分析研究,来探析河西长城的日常戍防管理制度,了解汉代边防防御体系的运作与作用以及历代长城管理制度的演变和发展.%To make full use of the defense function of the Great Wall in northwest China,the government of the Han Dynasty inherited the political system of the Qin Dynasty and established a comparatively complete personnel man-agement and daily garrison management system.In daily garrison management system,"frontier inspection"and"au-tumn shooting"were two most important measures.By analyzing the wooden tablets of the Han Dynasty and the de-scription of"frontier inspection"and"autumn shooting"in historical documents,this article discusses the daily garri-son management system of the Great Wall in Hexi and explained the operation and the function of border defense system and the evolution and development of the Great Wall management system in successive dynasties.
