Novel bismuth oxychloride(BiOCl) single crystalline nanoplates have been successfully synthesized via a solvothermal route by using a mixed solvent of deionized water and Ethanol absolute(in 200° C for 24 h). The BiOCl nanoplates were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM) and UV-Vis spectrophotometry. The results show that the BiOCl nanoplates have diameters ranging from 300 to 3 000 nm, and thickness of about several nanometers.%采用溶剂热方法,在去离子水和无水乙醇的混合溶剂中通过添加适量表面活性剂(CTAB),在200C下反应24 h,成功地制备了BiOC1单晶纳米片.用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、紫外可见光谱(UV-Vis)对产物进行了表征,结果表明获得了四方结构的BiOC1单晶纳米片,横向尺寸在300-3 000nm之间,厚度约为几纳米.
