基于PostGIS和ROR开源技术的干旱区小城镇规划审批系统研究

     

摘要

针对干旱区绿洲小城镇可持续发展的自身特点,从汇聚整个干旱区绿洲小城镇政府优势信息资源的角度出发进行系统整体框架设计,利用开源WebGIS技术、空间数据库PostgreSQL/PostGIS技术,结合基于Ruby语言的互联网应用技术框架Ruby on Rails,开发了一套干旱区绿洲小城镇规划审批系统.通过在项目研究区沙湾县的试点,在解决干旱区绿洲小城镇规划审批实际问题的同时,为干旱区绿洲小城镇信息化建设的可持续发展提供了一条新思路.%According to the circumstance and financial condition of sustainable development in acid area, an administrative permits system is developed for urban planning and the system framework is based on open source technology, such as GDAL(Geospatial Data Abstraction Library), Ruby on Rails, Post-greSQL/PostGIS, which aimed to gather the information resources resulting from administrative permits. The system has been implemented in Shawan County and has been solved the problem from the lack of professional employee and limited financial support.
