在空气流经管内换热器时,为获得较好的传热强化效果,本文分别采用四种不同结构的扰流子,在入口雷诺数Re从12000到28000的变化范围内进行三维数值模拟。经对比分析发现,扰流子的结构对换热效果和流动阻力均有较大影响,在实际工作中应综合考虑这两个因素的影响,选择最优方案。%To obtain higher heat-transfer efficiency when air flows through heat-exchange tubes, we per-formed 3-dimentional digital simulation with Reynolds number ranging from 12000 to 28000. The results show that the structure of the turbulator has big influence on both heat-transfer efficiency and flow resistance. In practice, we should take into account both effects to choose the best solution.
