结合情感分析的突发事件舆情网络关键节点挖掘∗

摘要

It is important to control the key-nodes that spread negative emotions in emergency information dissemination network for public opinion supervision. In this paper, we take a specific emergency to do research, construct emergency information dissemination network, based on the activity of nodes and their ability to control information flow, we propose a method to mine key-nodes, and mark the key-nodes with negative emotions by sentiment analysis. These nodes play key role in public opinion direction, it provides important information for public opinion supervision.%掌控突发事件舆情网络中传播消极情绪的关键节点对于舆情监管具有重要意义。本文以“招远麦当劳命案”事件为例，在综合考虑节点在网络中的活跃度和其对信息流控制作用的基础上，挖掘出影响事件信息传播的关键节点，并结合情感分析技术对关键节点所发微博进行分析，标识出具有消极情绪的关键节点。这些节点对事件信息传播具有重要的舆论导向作用，能为有关部门进行有针对性的网络舆论监管提供重要信息。
