基于产业技术路线图的新疆昌吉州产业优先发展领域研究——以制造业为例

摘要

It is the present choice for Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture that promotes regional development through the industrial preferred areas for development guiding the growth pole to continue to grow. Through SWOT analysis, the manufacturing industry technology roadmap was made which is the most import areas in the industry preferred areas for development in Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture. The paper argues that the next 5 to 6 years is the critical period for the electrical and mechanical e- quipment manufaeturin8 industry, the modern equipment manufacturing industry, the food processing and beverage manufactur- ing, the textile and its processing to realize the scale preliminary, while some other industries may need 6 tol0 years to realize in- dustrialization such as petroohemical industry, coal chemical industry, communication and other electronic equipment manufac- turlng, transportation equipment manufacturing, metal smelting and rolling processing.%通过产业优先发展领域引导增长极持续成长并带动区域经济发展，是当前昌吉州加快发展的现实选择。本文通过SWOT分析及德尔菲法的辅助，绘制出昌吉州产业优先发展领域中最重要的制造业的产业技术路线图。研究发现，今后5年-6年是昌吉州机电设备制造业、现代装备制造业、食品加工与饮料制造业以及纺织及其加工业初步实现规模化的关键时期，而石油化工业、煤化工业、通信及其他电子设备制造业、交通运输设备制造业、金属冶炼及压延加工业等领域则普遍需要6年-10年时阐实现产业化。
