从犯罪学传统理论中“现象、成因及预防”的研究范式来看，足球流氓是充满着暴力倾向的犯罪群体，其在强烈情感驱动下为表现自我而实施犯罪，属于典型的表现型犯罪。“男子气概和战斗精神”“忠诚品格和爱国主义”以及“政治敌意和社会不满”等强烈的犯罪表现欲是制造足球流氓的主要原因。“情景预防理论”是展开对足球流氓犯罪控制和预防途径设计的理论基础，而运用刑罚机制介入足球流氓则要慎重，要考虑到“标签理论”对足球流氓的影响。%From the "phenomenon, causes and prevention" paradigm in traditional criminological theory, football hooliganism are crime groups filled with violent tendencies, and they are driven by the strong feelings of self-ex-pression and commit the crime, which is typical “Expressive Crime”. The crime showmanship, such as “mas-culinity and fighting spirit”, “loyal and patriotic character” and “political hostility and social discontent” are main reasons for producing football hooligans. “Situational Crime Prevention”is the theoretical basic of control-ling and preventing football hooligans, but the mechanisms of penalty to football hooligans crimes must be care-fully considered, we should consider the influence of “Labeling Theory”to football hooligans.
