新疆医科大学教师职业压力现况研究

     

摘要

Objective The study is to investigate the current situation of college teachers′ occupational pres‐sure with regard to their gender ,title ,degree and position .Methods 341 teachers in Xinjiang Medical University have been surveyed by using the questionnaires .Result There is no significant difference in the level and degree of the occupational pressure between men and women teachers .With regard to educational level and professional titles ,the lower degrees and titles the teachers have ,the more intense pressure they will feel .Department directors have the most occupational stress among all the teachers .Conclusion All teachers more or less feel various degree of occupational pressure .However , the young inexperienced teachers with low educational degree and positions feel the stress most .%目的:了解新疆医科大学教师职业压力状况。方法采用问卷调查法对新疆医科大学不同性别、不同职称、不同学历和不同岗位341名教师的总体职业压力感及压力来源进行调查。结果不同性别教师之间的职业压力差异性不显著;从学历上看,学位越低,则职业压力越大;从职称角度看,职称越低,则职业压力越大;不同岗位的教师中教研室主任的职业压力最大。结论新疆医科大学教师大都或多或少地存在着职业压力。不同性别、职称、学历和岗位的教师身上均普遍存在职业压力,而低学历的、低职称的教师承受着较大的职业压力。
