乌鲁木齐市不同民族老年人群生命质量状况及其与卫生服务利用关系研究

摘要

目的：探讨乌鲁木齐市不同民族老年人健康相关生命质量的基本情况及其与卫生服务利用之间的关系。方法了解乌鲁木齐市某区922名老年人的一般情况、慢性病患病及就诊情况，利用欧洲五维度健康量表对健康相关生命质量进行测量。结果所调查922名老年人中有414名患有慢性病（44．9％），而不同民族老年人在患慢性病方面未发现存在统计学差异（P ＞0．05）；不同民族老年人在是否门诊方面差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；不同民族老年人自感健康状况欠佳，VAS 得分为68～82分；不同民族老年人在行动和日常活动方面差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；近2 w 内有过门诊经历均是各民族老年人生命质量的影响因素。结论老年人对其生命质量不满意，医务工作者必须以预防为主，应多关注少数民族老年人的生命质量。%Objective To explore basic health related quality of life situation of the different ethnic elders in Urumqi,and analyze the relationship between that and health services utilization.Methods Measure the general situation of 922 elders in Urumqi,chronic disease status,treatment and health scale using the five dimensions of health-related quality of life.Results In the surveyed 922 people,414 people suffered from chronic diseases (44.9%).There was statistical difference (P >0.05)between different ethnic groups in terms of suffering from chronic disease.The different ethnic elders felt not good enough in their physical condition,which VAS scores is 68-82;There was statistical difference for the different ethnic elders in terms of their behaviors and daily activities (P <0.05);The clinic experience within two weeks for all the elders was the influence factors of quality of life.Conclusion The elders are not satisfied with their quality of life,and medical workers should put on the prevention of disease,and need to pay more attention to the quality of life for the ethnic elders.
