目的：分析新疆某三级甲等医院出院病人疾病谱变化状况，为疾病的预防、治疗及医院的科学管理与学科发展提供参考依据。方法对医院2012－2013年出院病人前10顺位疾病分类的出院例数占全院出院例数的构成比进行分类排序和统计学分析。结果该院出院病人前10顺位系统疾病共计195193人次，占出院总人数的76．36％，疾病谱构成前5位依次为循环系统疾病、肿瘤、泌尿生殖系统疾病、消化系统疾病及妊娠、分娩和产褥期疾病。不同民族疾病谱比较显示，循环系统疾病位居维吾尔族第1顺位，而哈萨克族肌肉骨骼系统和结缔组织疾病最高发，其差异有统计学意义；不同性别及民族疾病谱差异有统计学意义。结论医院可根据疾病构成规律和特点，合理配置医疗资源，加强重点专科、特色专科的建设，形成科有特色、人有专长的良性发展模式，加强常见病、多发病的诊治，更好地为广大患者服务。%Objective To provide some references for the prevention and treatment of disease,hospital sci-entific management and in the hospital discipline development by analyzing inpatient the spectrum of dis-ease change,Methods Classifying constituent ratio which is our hospital the inpatient number from 2012 to 2013 samples that of top 10 diseases in hospital patients accounts for the proportion of whole hospital in-patient cases sorting and statistical analysis.Results There are 195 193 patients in total,which of the top 10 diseases in the hospital accounted for 76.36% of the total number of hospital discharge patients,in the spectrum of disease that of the top five was followed by circulatory system disease,malignant tumor,the endocrine system diseases,digestive system disease and diseases of pregnancy,delivery and puerperium. Comparison of different national disease spectrum shows,including circulation system disease take the first syn-position in Uyghur circulatory system diseases,while the biggest diseases in the Kazak disease spectrum are the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue diseases,the difference was statistically significant.Also gender differences have statistical significance of disease spectrum.Conclusion The hos-pital should have the rational allocation of medical resources according to the regularity and characteristics of disease constitution,strengthening the construction of the key specialty and characteristic specialty in order to form a virtuous development model.At the same time,it should strengthen the diagnosis and treatment of common and frequently-occurring disease,so that can better serve for patients.
