新疆维吾尔族、汉族脑梗死患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平的研究

摘要

Objective To study the difference of plasma homocysteine (HCY)between uygur and han pa-tients with cerebral infarction.Methods 300 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction who hospital-ized in Department of Neurology of fifth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were included. Fluorescence polarization immunoassay (FPIA)was used to test the levels of plasma homocysteine and to make comparisons.Results The average levels of Hcy [(29.56±7.24)μmol/L]in Uyghur patients with cerebral infarction were higher than those in Han patients in Xinjiang,showing statistical difference.Con-clusion Homocysteine levels of Uyghur patients are higher than those on Han patients.%目的：探讨新疆维吾尔族和汉族脑梗死患者血浆同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）水平的差异。方法选择新疆医科大学第五附属医院神经内科收住的维吾尔族、汉族急性脑梗死患者300例，采用荧光偏振免疫分析法检测维吾尔族与汉族脑梗死患者血浆同型半胱氨酸的水平，并进行比较。结果维吾尔族脑梗死患者 Hcy为（29．56±7．24）μmol／L，汉族脑梗死患者 Hcy为（21．52±8．78）μmol／L，差异有统计学意义（t＝4．45，P ＝0．00）。结论新疆维吾尔族脑梗死患者同型半胱氨酸水平高于汉族脑梗死患者。
