刺叶锦鸡儿根与地上部分化学成分初步研究

摘要

Objective In order to identify and compare the chemical constituents between the root and aerial part of Caragana acanthophylla Kom,explore the possibility that the ground part can instead of the roots.Method The chemical constituents of water extract,petroleum ether extract,and ethanol extract were studied by systemic preparative test.The total flavonoids contents of root and aerial part from C. acanthophylla Kom were determined further.Results The roots and the aerial part of C.acanthophylla Kom.contained amino acids,sugar,polysaccharide,phenols,tannin,organic acids,flavonoids,alkaloids, steroids and triterpene,coumarin,lactones and volatile oil.The contents of total flavonoids from C. acanthophylla Kom were 0.46% (root)and 1.4% (aerial part).Conclusion There was no significant differences between the root and aerial part of C.acanthophylla Kom on chemical compositon.These basic information provided theory basis for the aerial part of C.acanthophylla Kom instead of the root of C. acanthophylla Kom.%目的：分析和比较刺叶锦鸡儿根及地上部分的化学成分，探索地上部分代替根部的可能性。方法采用系统预试法，对刺叶锦鸡儿水提液、醇提液、石油醚提取液进行初步研究，并对其根与地上部分总黄酮含量进行定量分析。结果刺叶锦鸡儿根及地上部分均含有氨基酸、糖、多糖、酚类、鞣质、有机酸、黄酮类、生物碱、甾体和三萜类、香豆素、内酯和挥发油等化学成分。刺叶锦鸡儿根部总黄酮含量为0．46％，地上部分总黄酮含量为1．4％。结论刺叶锦鸡儿根与地上部分具有相似的化学成分，研究为刺叶锦鸡儿地上部分能否代替根入药提供了依据。
