目的：探讨新疆地区老年代谢综合征（MS）患者促酰化血红蛋白（ASP）水平变化及其相关性。方法选取在新疆医科大学第五附属医院老年病科确诊的老年 MS 患者100例（MS 组），选取本院同期进行体检的年龄及性别基本匹配的100例健康老年人（对照组），分别检测血浆 ASP、补体 C3及相关代谢指标，并进行比较。结果 MS 组患者的收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）、体质指数（BMI）、空腹血糖（FPG）、总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、ASP、载脂蛋白 A1、游离脂肪酸水平均高于对照组（P ＜0．05），MS 组患者的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）平低于对照组（P ＜0．05）；MS 组和对照组的补体 C3、载脂蛋白 B 测定值差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）；MS 组患者 ASP 与 SBP、DBP、BMI、FPG、TC、TG、LDL-C、载脂蛋白 A1、游离脂肪酸水均呈正相关（r 分别为0．281、0．302、0．334、0．271、0．286、0．262、0．302、0．293、0．401），MS 组患者的 ASP 与 HDL-C 水平呈负相关（r ＝－0．319）。结论新疆地区老年代谢综合征（MS）患者促酰化血红蛋白（ASP）水平较健康人群显著增高，同时与患者的 ASP、补体 C3及相关代谢指标具有相关性。%Objective To investigate the relationship between metabolism syndrome (MS) of retired railway workers and acylation-stimulating hemoglobin (ASP)levels in Xinjiang.Methods Detected the level of plasma ASP,complement C3 and related metabolic indicators in a raiway retired group of 100 un-related MS cases diagnosed by adult dyslipidemia Prevention Guide in China,and 100 controls matched by age and gender of basic healthy elderly group.Results The level of SBP,DBP,BMI,FPG,TC,TG, LDL-C,ASP,apolipoprotein A1,free fatty acid levels (FFA)in MS group were significantly higher than that of control group (P <0.05),HDL-C levels in MS patients were obviously lower than control group (P <0.05);there was no correlation in the level of complement C3 and apolipoprotein B in both groups (P>0.05);A significant positive correlation was observed in MS group of ASP and SBP,DBP,BMI,FPG, TC,TG,LDL-C,apolipoprotein A1,FFA (r = 0.281,r = 0.302,r = 0.334,r = 0.271,r = 0.286,r =0.262,r =0.302,r =0.293,r =0.401),the level of ASP and HDL-C in MS patients showed a significant negative correlation (r =-0.319).Conclusion The serum levels of ASP in MS group for railway retirees in Xinjiang were not only higher than that in control,but also had a significant relationship with the me-tabolism of the patient.
