电话随访对提高脑血管内支架术后患者依从性和疗效的影响

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of improving compliance and efficacy of brain endovascular stent postoperation patients by telephone follow-up.Methods 104 cases of cerebrovascular stent postoperation patients were randomly enrolled into observation group (52 cases)and control group (52 cases).The Con-trol patients discharged from hospital after conventional treatment and they were guided and advised to re-view on a regular basis (telephone follow-up once in six months).Patients in observation group were fol-lowed-up for eight times in 12 months after discharged (If patients were in poor compliance,we would in-creased the times of telephone follow-up).The adherence of medicine (anti-platelet aggregation medicine, statins lipid regulation medicine,anti-hypertensive medicine),the incidence of cerebrovascular adverse e-vent,restenosis rate,rehospitalization rate,return rate on time,reasonable diet (including smoking)and satisfaction were compared between two groups of patients discharged from hospital for 12 months.Results Stroke knowledge scores and medication adherence in observation group were higher than the control group (P <0.05).Rate of return on time,the incidence of cerebrovascular adverse events,restenosis rate and rehospitalization rate in observation group were significantly lower than the control group after dis-charged,reasonable diet,satisfaction and telephone consultation were better than control group,and differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Telephone follow-up can improve treat-ment compliance of brain endovascular stent postoperation patients,and can significantly improve the ther-apeutic effect.%目的：探讨电话随访对提高脑血管内支架术后患者治疗依从性和治疗效果的影响。方法将104例脑血管内支架术后患者随机分为观察组（52例）和对照组（52例），对照组患者出院后按常规进行治疗指导并告知定期来院复查，6个月时电话随访1次；观察组在对照组指导治疗和护理的基础上，出院后12个月内电话随访8次（如在随访中发现患者依从性欠佳时则增加随访次数）。比较两组患者出院后12个月服药依从性（抗血小板聚集药物、他汀类调脂药物、抗高血压药物）、脑血管不良事件发生率、再次狭窄率、再住院率、按时复诊率、合理饮食（包括戒烟）及满意度情况。结果观察组患者脑卒中知识评分和用药依从性均高于对照组（P ＜0．05）。出院后观察组按时复诊率、不良事件发生率、再狭窄率和再住院率明显低于对照组，合理饮食、满意度和来电咨询明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论电话随访能提高脑血管支架术后患者治疗依从性，明显提高治疗效果。
